We own candidate sourcing (based on your qualifications), facilitate the interview process, onboard the employees and handle payroll and benefits. The employees you select will operate as embedded talent, serving as a direct extension of your team. hireworks handles the backend and you reap the benefit of highly engaged, hard working talent at a cost savings.

The hireworks team is available to schedule a free consultation at your convenience. During this call, we will explain the hireworks offering and gain an understanding of your needs. Once you are ready to move forward, we’ll enter into an agreement and set up an official kickoff call. We can work as fast as you are willing to.

Once you complete our scoping questionnaire, we use your proprietary recruiting technology to source the most qualified candidates in the Sofia market. We will present a curated selection to you with resumes and cost. Once you’ve interviewed and selected your top candidate(s) we will onboard the employees and they will be assigned to your company full time.

Once you select your candidate(s) of choice, hireworks will contract directly with them, and set them up on our payroll and benefits systems. Typically this process happens within 1-2 weeks.

Technical (engineers, data science, machine learning), operational functions such as account management, client services, creative such as design. If you have a specific role in mind we are happy to scope out if it’s a strength of the Sofia market.

The majority of hireworks employees work remotely. However, if you are looking to hire a larger team in Sofia and/or shared working space is important to you, we offer this option. 

hireworks employees will receive 20 days PTO plus national holidays. Bulgaria has a universal healthcare system provided by the State. We treat our team as we would want to be treated, and If extenuating circumstances arise such as the need for an extended leave, hireworks ensure all bases are covered – we will either find you a replacement, or debit your account for any downtime.

You can scale up as easily as you can scale down. Just give us 30 days notice and we’ll handle the rest. We do require an initial 5 month commitment.

In certain instances, we can provide a US based project manager to help scope and oversee your project. With that said, our model is intentionally embedded talent. The hope is that these employees operate as a natural extension of your team. There will always be hireworks team members available for on the ground support to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing positive experience for all. If any issues arise or for some reason termination is required, we will handle it. If you are looking to hire a larger team in Sofia, we can discuss the option of having shared working space and on-site management handled by hireworks.
