We offer streamlined, high-impact embedded talent at a significant cost savings. We own candidate sourcing (based on your qualifications), facilitate the interview process, onboard the employees and handle payroll and benefits. The employees you select will operate as embedded talent, serving as a direct extension of your team. hireworks handles the backend and you reap the benefit of highly engaged, hard working talent at a cost savings.

The hireworks team is available to schedule a free consultation at your convenience. During this call, we will explain the hireworks offering and gain an understanding of your needs. Once you are ready to move forward, we’ll enter into an agreement and set up an official kickoff call. We can work as fast as you are willing to.

Once you complete our scoping questionnaire, we use your proprietary recruiting technology to source the most qualified candidates in the Sofia market. We will present a curated selection to you with resumes and cost. Once you’ve interviewed and selected your top candidate(s) we will onboard the employees and they will be assigned to your company full time.

Once you select your candidate of choice, hireworks will facilitate their employment contract and begin the onboarding process.  Start dates are candidate specific and vary based on location, however 2-4 weeks from offer acceptance is most typical.

Technical (engineers, product management, data science, machine learning), marketing such as CRM, paid marketing, account management, creative such as design. If you have a specific role in mind we are happy to share example placements and market context.

Both Bulgaria and Colombia offer unique access to high quality talent at a much lower cost relative to the U.S.   We strategically selected to launch in Bulgaria as it is a high growth yet somewhat undiscovered eastern European market with a strong tech presence. Colombia is a large country with several major cities and sits in the same time zone as the east coast; it is also much closer to the U.S. for our clients who want to more easily bring their teams together.

Our Bulgarian consultants typically work until about 6 or 7PM local time, but can be flexible as needed.

hireworks employees currently work remotely. However, if you are looking to hire a larger team in either market and/or shared working space is important to you, we can provide physical space.

hireworks employees receive PTO, sick days and national holidays in their specific country as well as healthcare benefits. We are in close contact and here to support any extenuating circumstances.

You can scale up as easily as you can scale down. We have a straightforward contract that details our terms and conditions and is designed to best suit your evolving business needs.

In certain instances, we can provide a US based project manager to help scope and oversee your project. With that said, our model is intentionally embedded talent. The hope is that these employees operate as a natural extension of your team. There will always be hireworks team members available for on the ground support to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing positive experience for all. If any issues arise or for some reason termination is required, we will handle it. If you are looking to hire a larger team in Sofia, we can discuss the option of having shared working space and on-site management handled by hireworks.
